Manager, Social Marketing

Position Description

We are currently seeking a Manager of Social Marketing to join our team in Seattle, Washington. The Manager will represent Bridge Partners with key client engagements. This full-time role will steer the successful management and execution of business critical projects for important Social Marketing clients. The Manager will work daily on-site with our clients and a variety of internal and external stakeholders to guide project efforts and manage project teams. This is a high-visibility role and only seasoned individuals with related experience will be considered. Some travel may be required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Manage client relationships for firm clients, develop healthy and lucrative business arrangements that enable sustained engagement & growth within those clients.

* Develop Social Strategies and In-Market plans and programs for firm clients

* Engage with business owners, multiple functional areas, and stakeholders to identify and document key Social goals, focus areas, and work streams.

* Build and manage the Social Marketing plan of record, appropriately manage team resources, delivery timelines and investments related to the achievement of the plan and related goals & objectives.

* Hold work stream owners accountable to plans & publishing calendars of record.

* Foster relationships to build a spirit of collaboration and success.

* Provide timely updates and elevate critical risks to cross-functional team and executive sponsors.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

* A history of work in the Social space, inclusive of Brand presence management, multi-platform publishing, editorial calendar ownership & execution, content development, paid demand gen and awareness programs, advocacy and influencer programs, and core analytics tools & tactics

* Familiarity with social selling techniques.

* High-energy, creativity and resourcefulness along with outstanding management skills, initiative ownership, and personal accountability.

* Excellent strategic and tactical program and project management skills with ability to set objectives and break work streams down into easily organized, consumable activities.

* Ability to successfully lead and hold client subject matter experts, work stream owners, key business partners, and suppliers accountable to plan-of-record deliverables with a strong bias for action and results.

* Comfort working in a complex, often ambiguous, fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities.

* Excellent facilitation skills, cross-group collaboration skills, and an ability to clearly articulate ideas and direction to different audiences.

Education and Experience

* 5+ years Social Marketing experience, including the management of projects in a number of the following areas:

* Social GTM Planning

* Demand Generation Programs driven via Social platforms

* Social Content Planning & Development

* Lifecycle Marketing & Advocacy Programs

* Data & Analytics, with a specific focus in Social Platforms and Social Tools

* Demonstrated experience, knowledge and understanding of modern strategic marketing and how Social Marketing fits in.

* Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Technology or related field.
