Description

Bridge Partners is looking for a seasoned and quick-twitch Manager to support the change management with one of our clients onsite in Colorado. The Manager will partner with a Senior Manager to implement change standards, methodologies, and practices and drive medium- and large-scale process, people, and technology workstreams which span traditional change management as well as modernization strategy, employer brand, and digital communications. The Change Management Manager will partner closely with client project sponsors and team members to develop and implement change strategies and plans and engage with other consulting and internal change management resources and teams. Summarizing and facilitating understanding of strategic findings—stakeholder engagement, project issues and risks, organizational and individual impacts and opportunities—is key. The Change Management Manager must have strong stakeholder partnership skills as well. The ability to manage multiple workstreams and plug in and execute at various project altitudes is key, as is the ability to gather, process, and format findings from diverse sources and types of information.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contribute to the development and definition of organizational change management strategies and solutions that meet business and change objectives
  • Develop and deliver change deliverables including change readiness assessments, organizational change management plans, communication plans and tools, stakeholder plans, training plans, and other change management deliverables, as needed
  • Partner effectively on teams that may include internal and external vendor and other third-party resources
  • Be accountable for the successful execution of key workstreams and deliverables within a change management plan
  • Work with Change Leaders to support Executive Sponsor(s) communications about the change management strategy and execute an appropriate approach to stakeholders
  • Work with program/project managers to proactively manage and resolve roadblocks and issues
  • Provide project management support when needed or in lieu of a full-time project manager

 

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

  • Strong emotional intelligence and ability to build relationships and credibility with stakeholders
  • High written and verbal communication, cross-group collaboration, and client engagement presentation and facilitation skills
  • Effective negotiation techniques with strong ability to achieve results through indirect influence with others

 

QUALIFICATION: EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required – MBA or Master’s degree with emphasis on industrial psychology, organizational behavior, or related-field strongly preferred
  • Hands-on change management, project management, and/or consulting experience
  • Proven experience supporting user adoption and acceptance of complex people, process, and technology-based change initiatives
  • Proven success supporting business change and contributing to high-performing teams in fasting-moving, innovation-driven environments
  • Global enterprise experience and diverse industry experience preferred
