Your role as the Digital Marketing Manager:

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be a critical member of Bridge’s Digital Marketing Practice – leading, managing, and executing multiple concurrent modern marketing campaigns and projects on behalf of our Tech & Cloud clients.

This position is remote and can be located in most US states except for Hawaii. Some key meetings as well as occasional team mixers and other fun events will be based on Pacific Time Zone (PST).

How you’ll contribute to the team:

  • Develop end-to-end integrated campaigns and digital go-to-market plans and programs, inclusive of channel strategy & platform decisions, target audience segmentation, account/contact strategies, content strategy, media services, marketing automated nurture
  • Manage demand gen & ABM campaigns, inclusive of paid media, digital destinations, marketing automated nurture, webinars/virtual events, and sales readiness – utilizing our MarTech platforms/tools or our clients’ environments
  • Work in tandem with Bridge team members to define campaign strategies and plans; oversee creation of campaign deliverables; and manage campaigns in market
  • Lead the delivery of multiple concurrent digital projects, including stakeholder management, meeting ownership, identification and resolution of gaps or issues that impact campaign plan/development/delivery, and progress & performance reporting
  • Have a voice and play an active role in continuing to mature and grow our Digital Practice, through support for priority projects and initiatives

Your skills and approach: 

  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in digital/integrated marketing, inclusive of strategy and management, preferably with technology companies. Agency and/or consulting background preferred
  • Experience in leading end-to-end digital marketing strategy and execution projects, with expertise in one or more the following areas:
    • Account Based Marketing
    • Demand Generation Programs
    • Relationship and Lifecycle Marketing
    • Digital Campaign Design & Management
    • Online Events Production and/or Marketing
    • Paid Media Services
    • Website Planning & Management
    • Digital Content Marketing Planning & Development
  • Demonstrated knowledge of B2B modern marketing best practices and experience putting them into action
  • Collaborative team player, capable of defining strategy and diving tactical execution.
  • High-energy creativity, resourcefulness and business acumen with a demonstrated ability to provide virtual/online consultation and project leadership to cross-functional client, partner, and internal teams
  • Comfortable working in a complex, often ambiguous, fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities
