Your role as a Marketing Delivery Leader:

You’ll be responsible for providing marketing consulting expertise, leading project delivery teams, and utilizing your subject matter expertise specifically across Digital Marketing and/or Partner GTM, with depth in multiple capabilities such as assisting in joint solution definition and joint GTM planning, running partner programs and digital marketing campaigns, and constructing campaign content and partner enablement assets.

We are seeking candidates in the Phoenix, AZ area for collaboration capability; all our roles are remote/work-from-home, but we like to get our regional teams together occasionally for planning and events.

How you’ll contribute as a Marketing Delivery Leader:

  • Play a strategic, personal delivery role on key projects and demonstrate strong project management including meeting deadlines and milestones, adhering to project timelines & deliverables, and ensuring costs are managed to budget
  • Develop and maintain strong positive relationships with marketing solution and practice leaders as well as team members to ensure delivery excellence and client satisfaction
  • Conduct regular project checkpoints with project teams, report on KPIs, project status, and other relevant business metrics, and bring issues and risks to the account team
  • Provide regular coaching to consultants to ensure quality delivery; participate in the annual consultant review process and foster their professional growth
  • Support pre-sales activities as needed, assist in the creation and delivery of proposals
  • Develop and continually evolve your knowledge of Bridge Partners’ modern marketing solution areas

Your experience and approach:

  • Significant relevant professional marketing experience, including management consulting/professional services experience within Digital Marketing and Partner GTM
  • Solid understanding of consulting as a business; excellent project and program management skills; strong people management skills
  • Strong capability and prior experience leading project/program teams; ability to develop, motivate, and coach; ability to achieve results through others
  • Prior delivery to large projects, including project management, problem-solving, stakeholder management
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline; strong software skills including project management platforms and tools

The salary range for this role is $108,000-132,000/year. Actual salary will be determined based upon relevant work experience, certifications, education, and geographic location of the hired candidate. The salary listed here is specific to this opening only.
