Your role as the Account Director

The Account Director is a senior level, strategic sales leadership role responsible for account strategy, new business development, and ongoing expansion of client accounts. Our current opportunities focus on Modern Marketing services and an understanding of Go-To-Market Strategy, Product Marketing, Content Development, Digital Marketing, Demand Generation, and the current MarTech landscape.

The Account Director drives our core pursuit team, leveraging our sales and delivery leadership and successful co-sell model to introduce additional domain and scoping expertise and land more business.

This position is remote and can be located in most US states except for Hawaii. Some key meetings as well as occasional team mixers and other fun events will be based on Pacific Time Zone (PST). Some travel to clients and key strategy meetings should be anticipated.

How you’ll contribute as the Account Director

You’ll serve as the senior advisor for client portfolios and programs, building deep relationships with multiple levels of buyers, identifying and scoping new business opportunities, and positioning Bridge Partners as a trusted and creative advisor to solve complex business challenges.

The Account Director will support firm revenue and margin growth targets, articulating our competitive edge in the marketplace, and leveraging differentiated solutions to increase market share and ensure long term success and client satisfaction. Maintaining a high degree of business intelligence around the customer landscape is key, as well as staying apprised of marketing and consulting industry innovations.

Your skills and approach

We’re seeking significant and relevant professional experience, including management consulting and/or professional services experience in the Tech sector. Team leadership experience is critical to your success in building and growing a diverse and inclusive account management team that includes multiple levels of experience and amazing consultants across the US.

Please bring your expertise in product marketing, digital marketing, and marketing ops & tech and your strong understanding of consulting as a business. Demonstrated networking capability as well as outstanding skills in problem-solving, negotiation, and project/program management are key.
