Your role

The Marketing Program Manager role will utilize a keen understanding of content creation and client distribution channels to develop messaging, utilizing collaboration tools and initiatives that resonate with both current customer stakeholders and prospective clients. This position is remote and can be located in most US states except for Hawaii. Some key meetings as well as occasional team mixers and other fun events will be based on Pacific Time Zone (PST).

 

How you’ll contribute

  • Create and maintain project schedule for content creation and distribution
  • Assess risk for meeting deadlines and drive any decisions needed
  • Content types may include to-customer presentations, demand gen assets, videos, etc.
  • Review usage statistics for content and summarize for leadership in monthly reporting
  • End to end PM responsibility for managing content creation with writers, designers and facilitating reviews with key stakeholders
  • Support other strategic project initiatives as needed

Your skills and approach

  • 5+ years of experience in roles such as marketing project or program management
  • Experience in Consulting with a focus on tech and cloud clients
  • High-energy creativity and resourcefulness, with a demonstrated ability to provide consultation and project leadership to cross-functional and virtual teams
  • Personal accountability and ownership to drive marketing programs and projects; ability to break down work streams into organized, actionable objectives
  • Proven communication skills and the professional presence to build relationships
  • Excellent problem solving, written, and verbal communications skills
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity, managing multiple stakeholders and driving complex initiatives to completion
  • Excellent project management and organization sills required, including ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time
  • Strong O365 skills
