Product Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager – Senior Manager with a genuine passion for crafting, driving, and achieving business and marketing objectives through knowledge of customer needs, awareness of competition, and deep product expertise.

At Bridge Partners, the position of Product Marketing Manager – Senior Manager will use your keen understanding of clients’ products, markets, and competitors to develop positioning and messaging that resonates with current customers and new buyers. You will be tasked with gathering and translating customer insights, competitive intel, and product and portfolio value into unique, compelling stories across various communications channels.


Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Develop positive relationships with segment marketers, customers, and partners to lead and execute on business priorities.
  • Plan and execute product and solution strategies and programs and activities that include new releases, product content, positioning, messaging, core benefits, competitive differentiators, and business value. 
  • Translate technical features and roadmaps into customer-facing, go-to-market benefits through development of a deep knowledge of products and solutions. 
  • Act as the customer’s voice within the organization to provide knowledge and relevance regarding all product and solution activities.
  • Lead product and solution launches to ensure sales-force readiness and to optimize P&L impact of product transitions.
  • Build schedules for scorecard metrics, business cadence, and product release.  
  • Drive sales enablement and strategies, programs, and plans for revenue acceleration.  
  • Collaborate with the engineering team(s) to capture data on product achievements and roadmaps; to author and publish blogs, content for field newsletters, and customer communications; and to carry out other activities related to the announcement of product milestones. 


Required skills, knowledge, and abilities:

  • High-energy creativity and resourcefulness, with a demonstrated ability to provide consultative and diplomatic leadership to cross-functional and virtual teams and agencies.
  • Personal accountability and business ownership to drive strategic and tactical programs and projects and the ability to break down work streams into organized, actionable objectives. 
  • Deep understanding of mid-market and enterprise-grade technology and hardware products. 
  • Proven communication skills and the professional presence to build relationships with and lead partners of all levels and personalities. 
  • Market intelligence that enables you to become the authority on customer personas for our clients. You will know who they are, how they buy, and their key buying criteria.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. 


Education and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or engineering; MBA preferred.
  • 8 to 10 years or more of experience as a product-marketing manager driving business and program plans for large enterprises in technology or consumer spaces. 
  • Excellent skills in verbal and written communication and in presentation.
  • Dynamic, confident personality with the ability, amidst multiple priorities and goals, to successfully define and drive project execution.
  • Experience in content-marketing measurement and systems.
