 Role Detail: Senior Manager, Corporate Marketing

We are currently seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Marketing to join our team in Seattle, Washington. The Senior Manager will be responsible for Marketing our Solutions and Offerings across all business lines to all internal and external constituencies. This full-time role will steer the successful leadership, management and execution of business critical projects for our Sales Support Marketing function. The Senior Manager will work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to guide project efforts, manage project teams, and deliver critical outputs.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop practical implementations of Sales-Support, Go-to-Market strategic plans and programs for firm clients

 

  • Engage with firm owners, leaders, and stakeholders to identify & document key Marketing goals, focus areas, and work streams

 

  • Focus on the firm’s Sales Support Marketing efforts, appropriately manage team resources, delivery timelines and investments related to the achievement of the plan and related goals. Collaborate with key corporate stakeholders and Marketing personnel to manage successful implementations of Sales Support Marketing initiatives, inclusive of:
  • Solution & offer packaging
  • Core Marketing and Sale Support content
  • The web presence related to products and offerings & critical aspects of the selling cycle
  • Demand gen programs and related content
  • Budgetary responsibility and timely updates for executive sponsors.

 

Required Qualifications

  • A creative and resourceful self-starter who demonstrates leadership skills, business ownership, and personal accountability
  • Excellent strategic and tactical skills with ability to set objectives and break work down into organized, consumable activities
  • Strong business acumen with ability to provide consultative and diplomatic guidance and support to others
  • Comfortable working in a complex, often ambiguous, fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities
  • Excellent facilitator, cross-group collaborator with ability to clearly articulate ideas and direction to different audiences
  • Strong willingness to listen to others, accept ideas and feedback to strengthen launch delivery plans and mitigate risks
  • Successful track record managing Marketing programs that support sales organizations and fill lead pipelines

 

Preferred Qualifications:

15+ years Sales Support/Pipeline Momentum Marketing experience, inclusive of the management of projects in the following areas:

  • Demonstrated experience, knowledge and understanding of modern B2B strategic marketing
  • Integrated B2B Marketing Campaign Design
  • Content Planning & Development
  • Web Development, with special focus on the Web as a B2B Sales mechanism
  • Demand Generation in the B2B space, inclusive of platforms, techniques and content
  • Additional experience in Lifecycle Marketing & Lead Nurture Programs

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Technology or related field.
