Marketing Automation Manager

The Marketing Automation Manager is responsible for working directly with clients to build and execute Marketo or Pardot or Eloqua or Hubspot-based marketing campaigns across a range of complexities. The Marketing Automation Manager will manage list acquisition and importing, database queries, lead management ROI tracking and reporting, creation of email and landing page templates, scheduling and execution of campaigns as well as campaign monitoring. In addition, he/she will support the client marketing team and manage support requests as needed.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work directly with Bridge Partners Consulting customers to turn their marketing into a revenue driver, using best practices in marketing automation, lead management and revenue performance management
  • Implement lead lifecycle campaigns, with involvement in all aspects of the process from target identification to testing to post-campaign reporting (programs include lead management, nurturing, routing and scoring)
  • Develop, design, implement and measure automated marketing lead nurture programs.
  • Optimize on marketing and lead nurture campaigns including A/B testing
  • Audit use of Automation Platforms to insure best practices and rule enforcement.
  • Develop and implement strategy for ongoing control, maintenance and enhancement of marketing database process
  • Automate and improve data integrity and data management initiatives, including segmentation implementation and analysis, list management, and lead processes in
  • Build, manage and maintain reports within Automation Platform to track ROI and success metrics for every campaign
  • Be the Automation Platform power-user for the client marketing team to implement campaigns
  • Define business analytics and create dashboards and reports to measure campaign effectiveness, pipeline contribution, overall business performance


Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, get feedback on designs and present results
  • Collaborate with clients teams to identify and implement processes to increase sales opportunities and sales cycle efficiencies through database management and refined lead management strategies
  • Manage client expectations and project scope
  • Provide phone/remote-based and occasionally on-site strategic and tactical consulting related to Automation Platform
  • Contribute to the development of best practices, methodologies, and other intellectual capital
  • Manage ongoing client communications and share status updates with internal and external stakeholders


Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years demonstrated experience in marketing program development and execution. Some experience with either Salesforce (or similar CRM) or Marketo/Pardot/Eloqua/HubSpot (or similar marketing automation system) is preferred.
  • Candidate must be detail orientated and work well under pressure to achieve deadlines.
  • Technology proficient – with a broad range of software and hardware systems including CRM, marketing automation, basic photo/graphic editing experience and core Windows based software programs such as Microsoft Office.
  • Self-motivated, ability to work independently and tactically, sense of urgency, team attitude.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate at all levels with internal stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail
