Your role

We’re seeking agile, diverse, and passionate marketing leaders to join our team as strategic, hands-on professional services Managing Directors. As a member of our senior leadership team, you’ll develop our brand and build customer satisfaction through high performing teams and outstanding delivery, driving growth across our B2B marketing solutions. You’ll build, mentor, and grow responsive teams and future leaders for both delivery and sales functions, leading with purpose and embodying our firm values around social responsibility, diversity, authenticity, and agility. 

 

Please bring your significant experience in agency/professional services for tech, telco, or cloud clients. May be located in any US state; responsibilities include frequent client/firm meetings and events in the Pacific time zone. Potential for light travel (less than 20%).

 

How you'll contribute

Oversee strategy for B2B Marketing solutions, lead sales planning, build and mentor account and delivery teams, and oversee execution for B2B marketing services.

  • Drive the B2B line of business, delivery, and management within a designated major account
  • Contribute to the firm’s GTM strategy and advance the B2B marketing strategy
  • Create and implement an account strategy and execution plan specific to line of business growth goals, targets, and overarching firm objectives
  • Hire and develop account and delivery leaders, meeting or exceeding firm diversity goals
  • Drive marketing segment performance goals for the account, in tandem with MD peers
  • Ensure customer CSAT and build strong personal and team relationships with executives, key stakeholders, and critical buyers
  • Lead with purpose and embody firm values; grow our brand awareness, referrals, and reputation
