Software Engineer (Corporate)
Description
- Meet regularly with business users and stakeholders; assist with requirements and scope gathering for business problems that will benefit from automation.
- Design and build new applications, scripts, reports, and other automated processes.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and support existing code base and solutions.
- Create and maintain documentation of apps, integrations, scripts and other automation elements.
- Participate in IT change management processes.
- Ensure data and application security at all layers.
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years overall business experience.
- Direct, hands-on experience building applications in a Microsoft .NET Environment (C#, Powershell, etc).
- Experience with Angular.JS, javascript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
- Experience working with APIs, SOAP, REST, JSON, XML, and related integration technologies, including creating APIs from scratch.
- Experience writing complex SQL server queries and stored procedures.
- Experience building SQL Reports or PowerBI Dashboards.
- Some experience building scripts in non-Microsoft technologies (e.g., python, perl, java).
- Effective oral and written communication skills, ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Quick and able learner; can adjust to shifting priorities, projects, and roles.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative to solve problems, and work in a team environment.
Salary: $145,000
