- Conduct in-depth analyses of patient data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and internal teams to understand key metrics and deliver actionable insights.
- Utilize process mining tools to assess and optimize healthcare processes.
- Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
- Collect, manipulate, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all platforms.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau/ Power BI to visualize complex data sets.
- Provide stakeholders with clear, concise, and actionable reports to support business objectives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and finance, to align data analysis with business goals.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other key stakeholders.
- Experience with client financial platforms such as Workday/Oracle/MS Dynamics/Sage
- Serve as the primary liaison between the company and its clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients to enhance loyalty and retention.
- Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to assess satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expand client base.
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and penetrate new markets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
- Oversee the execution of client projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery according to agreed-upon scope, budget, and timeline.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure resources are effectively allocated and project milestones are achieved.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks that may arise.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Healthcare Administration, Business Analytics, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in healthcare data analysis or a related field.
- Proven experience in analyzing patient trends and using process mining tools.
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau/Power BI, with a strong ability to create and manage dashboards.
- Extensive experience in handling and analyzing large datasets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Experience with healthcare platforms such as such as EPIC EMR/Praxis/Cerner/Allscripts
- Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL/Python/R
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and industry standards.
