We are looking to bring on a Pega developer that leverages their expertise on the platform and best practices to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications.  They will collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into efficient and user-friendly software solutions, ensuring project success throughout the entire development lifecycle.
QUALIFICATIONS   
  • US citizenship with ability to be cleared for public trust clearance
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree 
  • 1-3 years experience with Pega implementations using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or similar methodology.
  • Must be Pega Certified Solution Architect.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with client stakeholders at all organizational and technical levels.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Ability to work remotely and securely.
  • Ability to contribute to a high-performing, motivated workgroup by applying interpersonal and collaboration skills to achieve project goals.
  • Effectively communicates technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Actively listens and asks clarifying questions to ensure understanding of business requirements.
  • Works effectively within a team environment, demonstrating a willingness to learn from senior developers.
  • Provides and receives constructive feedback in a professional manner.
  • Demonstrates a strong desire to learn and stay up-to-date with the latest Pega features and best practices.
  • Takes initiative to seek out learning opportunities, such as attending training sessions or online resources.
  • Approaches challenges with a methodical and analytical mindset.
  • Proactively identifies and resolves issues during development.
  • Manages time effectively to meet deadlines and project milestones.
  • Maintains clear and concise documentation to ensure code maintainability.
  • Working knowledge of Pega 8 or higher.
  • Basic understanding of Java and/or Javascript.
  • Familiarity with SQL concepts for data manipulation.
