We are looking to bring on a Pega Test Specialist that leverages to craft comprehensive testing plans, mentor junior testers, and oversee all aspects of the testing process. They will leverage their expertise in various testing methodologies to ensure software quality and guide development teams. This role also involves analyzing user requirements, developing test scripts, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
QUALIFICATIONS
- US citizenship with ability to be cleared for public trust clearance
- Minimum bachelor’s degree
- Familiarity with Pega or similar low-code COTS platform testing suites, capabilities, and functionalities.
- Experience with implementations using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or similar methodology.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with client stakeholders at all organizational and technical levels.
- Excellent time management.
- Ability to work remotely and securely.
- Ability to contribute to a high-performing, motivated workgroup by applying interpersonal and collaboration skills to achieve project goals.
- Develops comprehensive testing plans that align with project objectives and risk assessments.
- Provides ongoing coaching and guidance to less experienced testers, fostering their professional development through knowledge sharing and hands-on experience.
- Develops, maintains, and upgrades test scripts and architectures for application products.
- Writes, implements, and reports status for system test cases for testing.
- Analyzes test cases and provides regular progress reports.
- Serves as a subject matter specialist providing testing know-how for the support of user requirements of complex to highly complex software/hardware applications.
- Participates in all phases of risk management assessments and software/hardware development with emphasis on analysis of user requirements, test design, and test tools selection.
