We are looking for a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant who are excited to grow with us. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Business process analysis: Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement in a client's business processes
- Solution design: Create and recommend ServiceNow-based solutions that meet the client's goals
- Implementation: Configure and implement ServiceNow applications and modules to support the new processes
- Training and support: Train clients on how to use the new processes and ServiceNow functionalities
- Continuous improvement: Stay up to date on the latest ServiceNow features and best practices
- Client relationship management: Manage client relationships and provide mentoring to team members
- Process documentation: Develop detailed process maps, workflows, and related documentation
- Performance monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented processes
- Ongoing support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow instances
REQUIREMENTS
- US Citizenship
- 5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience
- 4 year Degree or equivalent in Business, Information Systems, or Computer Science
- Experience with Agile
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Customer-centric skills
- Ability to deal with cultural diversity
- Proven team player
- Industry domain expertise
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization
- Working knowledge of system development life cycle concepts
- Highly skilled with Microsoft Visio
- Highly skilled with presenting and running workshops
