 We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Business Analyst/Tester with active Secret Clearance to join our team supporting federal government clients. This role is ideal for professionals with strong analytical capabilities, a deep understanding of ServiceNow, and a commitment to delivering high-impact solutions in a mission-driven environment.

Job Function:

  • conducting workshops
  • gather requirements for solution design
  • conducting training
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions for the stakeholders to understand & respectively validate the solution before deployment. 

Skills and Experience:

  • Collaborate with government stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and define functional and technical requirements for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.

  • Facilitate the prioritization of business needs, translating them into scalable ServiceNow solutions that align with agency goals and compliance standards.

  • Design and document business processes, workflows, functional specifications, user stories, and test plans.

  • Lead and support system and user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.

  • Partner with technical teams to validate functionality and ensure solutions are built to specifications.

  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of federal agency operations, applying industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • U.S. Citizenship is required
  • DoD Secret Clearance active 
  • Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow business analysis experience, preferably in a government or federal consulting environment
  • SPM
  • ITOM
  • ITAM (preferred but not required)
