We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Business Analyst/Tester with active Secret Clearance to join our team supporting federal government clients. This role is ideal for professionals with strong analytical capabilities, a deep understanding of ServiceNow, and a commitment to delivering high-impact solutions in a mission-driven environment.
Job Function:
- conducting workshops
- gather requirements for solution design
- conducting training
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions for the stakeholders to understand & respectively validate the solution before deployment.
Skills and Experience:
Collaborate with government stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and define functional and technical requirements for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
Facilitate the prioritization of business needs, translating them into scalable ServiceNow solutions that align with agency goals and compliance standards.
Design and document business processes, workflows, functional specifications, user stories, and test plans.
Lead and support system and user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
Partner with technical teams to validate functionality and ensure solutions are built to specifications.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of federal agency operations, applying industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship is required
- DoD Secret Clearance active
- Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow business analysis experience, preferably in a government or federal consulting environment
- SPM
- ITOM
- ITAM (preferred but not required)
