Senior ServiceNow Developer w/ active DHS public trust clearance

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer with an active public trust clearance with DHS that will lead the development effort within their workstream, recommending technical designs and developing solutions for the more complex user stories. Also assigns user stories to mid-level developers and system administrators, providing guidance as needed to ensure a quality output.
Job Function:
- Work independently on assigned tasks for the end-to-end ServiceNow implementation for the client.
- Design and develop solutions within the ServiceNow platform
- Conduct workshops with clients to articulate the value of ServiceNow solutions and solicit feedback on the proposed / developed solutions.
- Provide expert-level support and technical mentoring to stakeholders
- Manage platform and infrastructure to ensure smooth operation of Project and Portfolio Management processes, with a strong focus in Demand Management, Project Management, Resource Management, Agile Development.
- Collaborate with functional teams and lead technical solution design sessions for the designated work area(s).
- Contribute to process improvement and documentation
- Perform advanced troubleshooting, bug fixes, and root cause analysis
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of IT software consulting experience, with 3-5 years specifically in ServiceNow implementations
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
- In-depth knowledge of Project and Portfolio Management and Strategic Portfolio Management concepts and best practices
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience in implementing ServiceNow SPM for enterprise clients
Requirements
- Required active public trust clearance from DHS
- US Citizen
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Certified Implementation Specialist – Strategic Portfolio Management (CIS-SPM)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administration
- 5+ years of experience
- Highly desired: Hands-on experience implementing or configuring ServiceNow AI capabilities—including Now Assist, predictive intelligence, agentic solutions, and machine-learning–driven workflows—is a strong plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
