The Technical Services team at Brandwatch provides consultative and
analytics-focused professional services to our clients, ensuring that users are empowered to utilize the Brandwatch Consumer Research platform to the fullest, providing quick access to insights that could impact their strategy. We are looking for an Integration Specialist to join this team to support our largest clients and most complex projects.

In this role, you will:
  • Become an advanced user of all products within the Brandwatch product suite, using a hands-on forward-thinking approach to solve complex problems
  • Bridge the gap between business and technology by guiding technical
    requirements gathering with our clients to problem solve, design best-fit solutions, and establish integration approaches for each use case
  • Build, edit and maintain integrations that bring data into Brandwatch or make data available in other formats
  • Present and demonstrate working integrations and complex project implementations back to the client in a clear, engaging manner, effectively communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Become an expert user of the Brandwatch API and SDK, both for internal use and consulting with clients to leverage these tools for various use cases
  • Increase awareness of Brandwatch API products internally and externally, including providing training and enablement on basic use-cases, existing solutions, and best-practices
  • Standardize processes for scoping, execution, QA and delivery of new, API-based client projects
  • Consolidate, centralize, and maintain documentation and scripts that can be shared internally and externally, through a Git repository, Confluence or other tools
  • Work mostly independently while juggling multiple deadlines, with the
    confidence to review your own work and deliver quality results
  • Work closely with the Product and Engineering teams to provide feedback and suggestions on new ways to help our clients
You’ll need:
  • 2+ years of analytical business experience presenting custom solutions to stakeholders and building integrations for ease of data manipulation
  • Experience building integrations between systems using any object oriented programming language (eg: Python, JavaScript, any other OOP languages)
  • Practical knowledge of RESTful APIs and how they work
  • Experience in analyzing large datasets, simplifying complex data, or working with unstructured text, with the outcome of producing strategic insights
  • A keen eye for detail and a knack for optimizing within constraints
  • Familiarity with social media communities, networks, and tools
  • Ability to interact with clients and/or present complex information to stakeholders
  • Exceptional time-management and task-management skills, including
    collaborative prioritization
  • Authorization to work in the USA
Icing on the cake:
  • Working knowledge of the Brandwatch suite of products
  • Is a beginner to intermediate cloud practitioner (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
  • Experience utilizing and maintaining a Git repository
  • Ability to accommodate occasional domestic and international travel
