About the Role:

We are looking for a Merchandise Manager eCommerce to lead and execute the Merchandising strategy for Boxy Charm. This role reports to the Senior Merchandise Manager eCommerce. This Merchandise Manager will be at the forefront of the latest trends, products, and brands with a proven track record of negotiating and finalizing complex deals. Partnering with cross functional teams such as Member Growth, Planning, Creative, and Product Development; you will help define and deploy a best-in-class user experience, while seeking to better understand our Charmer and ensure their needs are met and exceeded through our eCommerce platform sales.  

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Establish & Execute the eCommerce product and merchandising strategy with the objective of driving high-margin revenue to hit budget and overall company goals
  • Partner with the Member Growth team to build the promotional strategy to achieve key performance metrics; optimize assortments and product representation on the site to guarantee best return on promotional goals
  • Work cross-functionally with site teams to manage the site’s calendar of activity and promotion, plus any updates relating to merchandising to ensure optimal products are being featured across all eCommerce platforms (PopUp, Add Ons, and/or Charmroom)
  • Merchandise the product assortment to best enhance conversion and increase Average Unit Retail (AUR), focusing on best-in-class merchandising techniques including product recommendations, unique offerings, cross-sells, up-sells, bundling, etc.
  • In partnership with Sr. Merchant, own the overall account budget and waterfall to achieve revenue goals; monitor, track and report on new product launches and overall initiatives on the Boxy Charm business
  • Oversee the flawless execution of new items added to the site, including new item set up, and driving merchandising and marketing efforts to increase adoption of new products
  • Work closely with Planning and Member Growth Marketing partners to achieve KPIs in revenue, conversion, engagement, and site functionality; drive site personalization efforts to create an engaging and relevant user experience
  • Collaborate with Consumer Insights and Merchandising Strategy team to leverage trends and data to develop strategic vision for potential new brands and product assortments

 What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4-7 years’ experience working in a fast-moving, omni channel retail environment (eCommerce or Subscription model preferred)
  • Experience in Merchandising or Buying (in E-Commerce or DTC preferred)
  • Strong project management abilities; capable of prioritizing and handling multiple projects simultaneously under tight time constraints and within budget parameters
  • Superior attention to detail, time management and follow through
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well negotiation skills
  • Advanced Excel/analytical and PowerPoint presentation skills
  • Strong strategic & financial capabilities and comfort with tactical execution
  • Collaborative team spirit with ability to forge productive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
