Senior Brand Partnerships Manager

About the Role:

As a Senior Brand Partnership Manager you will be sourcing the best brands and products for our boxes and e-commerce business. You will be responsible for sourcing new and exciting brands and products and building strong lasting relationships with existing brands.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Proactively generate leads, pitch Boxy Charm’s value proposition and participate in business planning
  • Build and manage relationships with key brands by helping them achieve their objective and develop a long-term business development strategy for consistent campaigns
  • Identify new brands and trending products including acquiring exclusive products and pitch internally for future campaign inclusion
  • Negotiate best in market cost and product offering to support overall growth strategy
  • Continuously educate brands on Boxy Charm’s new product offerings
  • Act as the brand ambassador internally to help define the vision, goals and positioning of the brand in their Boxy Charm campaign
  • Identify common callouts from brands during the curation process to assist in the development of future initiatives
  • Create custom sales presentations and proposals, write P.O.’s and coordinate with internal teams to ensure quality and receipt of products
  • Participate in industry and company events along with marketing production, as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 5+ years of account management, buyer or merchandising experience in the beauty industry
  • Must have an analytical and business minded approach to meet financial targets
  • Ability to negotiate with vendors and brands for best possible cost
  • Highly organized and results driven with the ability to handle competing priorities and accounts.
  • Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with external contacts, team members, and leadership
  • Comfortable with pitching to external and internal clients and meeting monthly goals
  • Autonomous work style yet has a strong sense of collaboration, urgency, creativity and results driven
  • Bachelor’s degree
