Job Summary:

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for start to finish support for corporate requisitions. In this role, you will interact with leaders, hiring managers, and candidates. You will work under direct oversite of Talent Acquisition Management but leeway is granted for the exercise of independent judgment, initiative, and discretion in the performance of duties. In addition, the Recruiter will be an integral contributor to the design and deployment of our team’s evolving talent acquisition strategy.

 Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Independently engage in screening and applicant selection processes resulting in candidate recommendation and insight for hiring managers
  • Identify and initiate interaction with potential candidates through innovative methods and media
  • Make strategic recommendations for employment branding and presence on social platforms.
  • Perform administrative tasks supporting compliant Talent Acquisition efforts including: scheduling interviews, organizing travel arrangements for candidates, reserving meeting space, pre-employment screening, preparing offer letters, confirming orientation and onboarding schedules, and playing a key role with the overall onboarding experience
  • Ensure adherence to applicant tracking processes using approved software, workflows, and reporting systems
  • Partner with Fulfillment Center leadership in support of hiring processes for all Fulfillment Center team members facilitating the evolution and success of hiring capabilities
  • Proactively and positively interact with candidates using a high degree of professionalism
  • Independently prioritize work to ensure the needs of recruiters, managers, and candidates are met
  • Consistently build and maintain strong business partner relationships
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
  • Lead all efforts on technical full life cycle recruiting
  • Responsible for providing an unrivaled candidate experience

Education and Experience:

  • Must be extremely customer-focused with superior verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy
  • Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage time efficiently
  • Must be a self-directed, detail-oriented problem solver with a desire to contribute to the organization's reputation and success
  • Proven track record with technical recruitment
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter platform
  • Minimum of 2 years of sourcing passive candidates
  • Minimum of 2 years of corporate recruiting experience
  • A college/university degree is a plus
  • Experience with Jobvite is a plus
