Summary –As a Business Systems Analyst at Blount Fine Foods, you will play a critical role in supporting and enhancing a set of related enterprise applications crucial to our operations. Reporting to the Manager, Enterprise Applications, you will become an SME in the designated applications, assist with digital solution design, manage vendor relationships, support reporting requests, and contribute to enterprise projects within your area of expertise.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other responsibilities w/ similar skill and work conditions as assigned.

Develop a deep understanding of the designated enterprise applications, including their functionalities, configurations, and integration points.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to the designated applications.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into digital solutions leveraging the designated applications.
Assist in designing and documenting system configurations, workflows, and processes.

Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors responsible for the designated applications.
Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.

Provide first-line support for users encountering issues or requiring assistance with the designated applications.
Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams to resolve system issues and implement enhancements.

Make configuration changes to the designated applications in accordance with business requirements and best practices.
Document configuration changes and maintain system documentation as needed.

Support reporting requests from stakeholders by extracting, analyzing, and presenting data from the designated applications.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making.

Participate in enterprise projects within your area of expertise, providing insights, recommendations, and technical expertise as needed.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of digital solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a

related field.

3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food manufacturing industry or a related field.
In-depth knowledge of enterprise applications, with a focus on the designated applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in SQL, Crystal Report, ERP knowledge.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
