Shift 3rd Mon- Fri, 6:00pm-4:00am
Summary Perform work station operations to construct electrical panels, junction boxes, HMI enclosures, and other various electrical systems required to control our custom automated machines.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other responsibilities w/ similar skill and work conditions as assigned.
- Layout and install electrical components in control panel enclosures and wire them to the schematics provided.
- Measure, layout and use hand and power tools to cut control panel enclosure holes to mount devices.
- Drill / tap panels to mount all electrical components.
- Label all wire circuits per electrical schematics.
- Perform tasks with safe and proper use of hand and power tools.
- Maintain a safe, clean and well organized work environment.
- Good organizational ability and detail; oriented.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Conduct required inspections and reporting.
- Evaluate and report equipment condition.
- Fine tune equipment and controls to optimize energy savings
- Provide documentation for compliance records
- Maintain housekeeping of maintenance shop and any areas performing maintenance repairs.
- Assist in managing outside contractors conducting service, repair and new contract work.
- Good planning and priority setting skills.
