1st Shift
Summary Responsible for the accurate and efficient packaging of divisional Retail/Cup product. In event of absence, position will be filled by adequately trained personnel.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Other responsibilities w/ similar skill and work conditions as assigned.
§ The accurate and efficient handling, labeling and packaging of divisional Retail product.
§ The ability to handle the accelerated process flow of the Pack-out process.
Responsibilities for Food Safety
§ Must adhere to all corporate GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), established SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and all Food Safety policies including “Clean as you go” program.
§ Must adhere to all Allergen control programs and procedures as applicable.
§ Responsible for reporting suspicious packages, activities and individuals.
§ If monitoring CCPs (Critical Control Points), must be trained in HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and adhere to approved HACCP plan(s).
§ Label verification & line clearance between batches.
Positional accountabilities
§ 100% adherence to all company GMP’s (Good Manufacturing Practices) and SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures); no deviations.
§ Ability through training and appropriate time in the position; to run, adjust, breakdown and reassemble appropriate job specific processing/packaging equipment.
§ Update Supervisor on any hindrances to successfully performing your position.
§ Immediately notify your Supervisor of any recognized issues/failures while performing your position.
Reasoning Ability
§ Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
