Summary Responsible for the continuous and “trouble free” running of Lidder Machines, Palletizer Machines, or Label Spooler incorporated within the Cup Pack out processing department.

Lidder Machine

Primary Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include the following. Other responsibilities w/ similar skill and work conditions as assigned.

  • Ability to read and understand daily production schedule
  • Communicate with Data Clerks and Management about necessary materials and machine malfunctions
  • Notify management when running low on materials
  • Ability to diagnose issues within the machine, to clear out cup jams and breakdowns, understand how to reset, rehome, and jog machine
  • Responsible for learning all aspects of Lidder Machine, with the ability to teach others key primary adjustments
  • Ability to identify product variation to set up machinery in a timely manner.

Palletizer

Primary Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include the following. Other responsibilities w/ similar skill and work conditions as assigned.

  • Ability to read and understand daily production schedule
  • Communicate with Data Clerks and Management about necessary materials and machine malfunctions
  • Ability to hand palletize, follow pallet configurations, monitor number of pallets
  • Understanding basic math and have clear handwriting
  • Ability to diagnose issues within the Palletizer machine, to clear out cup jams and breakdowns, understand how to use the screen and g et machine back up and running
  • Responsible for learning all aspects of Palletizer Machine, with the ability to teach others key primary adjustments
  • Ability to identify product variation to set up machinery in a timely manner.
  • Capable of operating Walkie Stack after proper training and certifications

Label Spooler

Primary Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include the following. Other responsibilities w/ similar skill and work conditions as assigned.

  • Ability to read and understand daily production schedule
  • Communicate with Data Clerks and Management about necessary materials and machine malfunctions
  • Picking, receiving, returning of all labels to appropriate departments
  • Daily/Weekly Cycle Count Inventory
  • Inventory Variance Reporting to appropriate Supervisor
  • Label Rewind and splicing with appropriate paperwork completion
  • Production Support as needed
  • Radio Frequency (RF) usage
  • Daily updating of label control spreadsheets
  • Daily Processing of materials within inventory software.

Education and/or Experience:

One year certificate from college or technical school; or four to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
