Summary The Maintenance Administrator takes an active role in the organization, administration and management of  the Computerized Maintenance Management System (E-Maint.)  This role will support critical duties related the Maintenance department.  

2nd Shift

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other responsibilities w/ similar skill and work conditions as assigned.

  • Maintain maintenance storeroom inventory levels by processing parts requests, performing routine inventory checks, and restocking parts.
  • Maintain critical spares parts inventory.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance storage areas.
  • Contact and maintain relationships with MRO and OEM venders.
  • Continually improve PM and maintenance storeroom programs.
  • Help manage Monthly Maintenance Budget.
  • Maintain all documents required for future auditing purposes
  • Manage and maintain spare parts inventory utilizing the CMMS system (E-Maint.)
  • Build Preventive maintenance parts kits.
  • Maintain preventive maintenance program
  • Print and close approved maintenance work orders daily.
  • Ensure maintenance work orders have been completed before closing.
  • Work with maintenance leadership and technicians to improve equipment reliability through the PM program.
  • All other duties assigned by the maintenance management

Education and/or Experience

  • One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Mechanical skills
