THIS POSITION IS FULLY ONSITE IN OUR FALL RIVER, MA LOCATION.
The salary range for this opportunity is $20/hour.
The hours for this opportunity are 10am-2pm. Perfect parent hours.
Summary
The Talent Acquisition Sourcer/Scheduler is responsible for supporting our talent acquisition team in accordance with the needs of our growing company. They will assist the Talent Acquisition Partners and agency partners in scheduling interviews, visits, and tours. The function of this position is to work with personnel at all levels, providing support services to candidates and hiring managers. In the event of absence this position will be filled by the Talent Acquisition Manager.
Duties
- Responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition department to schedule visits, interviews and tours.
- Collaborate with hiring managers, agency partners and other functions to understand, communicate, and implement successful staffing for open positions.
- Screen all resumes for qualifications and position requirements and manage the interview/tour schedules as necessary through the email Outlook system.
- Conduct phone and in-person screening for candidates.
- Attend job fairs with Talent Acquisition team as needed.
- Refer candidates who meet needs based on an effective pre-screening interview.
- Thoroughly review applicant information including employment application to ensure qualifications meet specifications.
- Coordinate all interviews with hiring managers and others as applicable.
- Use all available company tools, including company website, social media, and job boards, employee referrals, recruiting tools and agencies /others.
- Responsible for candidate pre-employment screenings.
- Participate in on boarding and new employee orientation processes.
- Perform other special projects as assigned.
- Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data, navigate applicant tracking system and maintain weekly recruiting reports.
- Coordinate with temporary employment agencies as needed.
- General HR functions as assigned
Education and Experience
- Associates degree in Human Resources/Talent Management or Phsycholgy or related educations/experience
- At least 3 years of relevant administrative experience.
- Microsoft Office experience including Outlook and Excel.
- Experience in managing applicant tracking systems helpful.
