Job Summary
This position will assist the Project Managers on the Digital Solutions team.
Duties/Responsibilities
Work directly with Digital Solutions and Technology teams.
Administrative Support
· Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
· Maintain project documentation, plans, and reports.
· Help track project timelines and deliverables.
Project Tracking & Reporting
· Monitor project progress and update status reports.
· Assist in identifying risks or delays and escalate issues to the project manager.
· Help maintain project management tools (e.g., Jira).
Communication & Coordination
· Coordinate between departments, vendors, and stakeholders.
· Respond to emails and inquiries related to project activities.
· Help ensure team members are informed of deadlines and responsibilities.
Responsibilities for Food Safety
· Responsible for completing required paperwork accurately and honestly as applicable.
· Must adhere to all corporate GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), established SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and all Food and Employee Safety policies.
· Must adhere to all Allergen control programs and procedures as applicable.
· Responsible for reporting suspicious packages, activities, and individuals.
· If monitoring CCPs (Critical Control Points), must be trained in HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and adhere to approved HACCP plan(s).

Education and/or Experience
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Actively enrolled in: Area(s) of study related to Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, Business Management, and/or Communications.
