Maintenance Supervisor - 1st Shift
Description
Shift: 1st (9A-6P). Need support for Off-Shift as required.
Reports to: Maintenance Manager
Job Posting Details:
- Minimum 3-5 Years of Experience as a Maintenance or Reliability Supervisor in a high-speed consumer Product Goods (CPG) Industry. Food Background preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Control systems.
- Ability to lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) program for the department and the facility.
- Lead Training and Development programs for Maintenance Department
- Lead Asset Care program for the facility that includes Preventive/Predictive/Precision Maintenance programs, spare parts Optimization and others.
- Support Facility Continuous Improvement and Engineering Capital projects.
- Understanding of building Utilities and ammonia refrigeration system incl Process Safety Management (PSM) program
- Lead Reliability Based Maintenance organization. Ability to take CRL or CRMP certification within first 12-18 months.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills. Outstanding Organization and leadership skills esp in People engagement and development.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar discipline preferred.
