Senior Producer, Creative Services, Mobile

Blizzard Entertainment is looking for a savvy and accomplished senior producer to join our consumer marketing team. We’re seeking a seasoned producer with expert knowledge of multi-channel mobile marketing creative development and impeccable project management skills. You’ll work on materials including product branding, multi-channel digital advertising, performance marketing, content development, in-game capture, style guides, event materials, and more.

You’ll build strong relationships and foster cooperation among internal clients and stakeholders, external vendors and the creative services team. You will oversee and drive projects as they move through our department and you’ll coordinate with our global offices and partners that depend on the timely delivery of assets.


  • Create, maintain and distribute schedules for all requested projects quickly and flawlessly
  • Communicate schedules and timelines to stakeholders across the organization as well as outside partners
  • Partner with marketing to create a global project road maps, proactively updating the project list and meticulously working to get the information and assets needed to kick projects off and keep them moving
  • Work with project stakeholders and creative services team to set project objectives and requirements, budgets and deadlines, and communicate these clearly to the creative leads
  • Oversee all phases of creative development, providing direction to ensure project objectives, requirements and milestones are met
  • Actively seek ways to apply creative services’ expertise to ensure that deliverables exceed expectations, before routing to the stakeholders
  • Manage outside partners, establish strong “one-team” relationships, and drive the flow of assets between them and Blizzard
  • Review all materials to ensure they meet internal and external technical requirements including digital/broadcast specifications, brand and legal guidelines, social media specifications, partner requirements, etc. and that they are they are free of typos, inconsistencies, and other technical errors
  • Lead weekly project status meetings and use the meetings to uncover and resolve risks and to remove road blocks
  • Schedule, lead and document all meetings needed for briefing, review, and approval of projects
  • Ensure all individuals and teams providing assets are clear on expected delivery dates and confirm, well in advance of the final delivery date, that they are on track to meet the deadline
  • Foresee and assess potential project risks; adjust schedules as necessary to maintain final project due dates
  • Schedule and prioritize tasks and projects to ensure work is completed efficiently, on schedule and within budget
  • Act as primary contact for asset scheduling and delivery; provide real-time transparency of project workflows and push relevant information to commercial team to minimize unexpected issues and mitigate risk
  • Act as liaison between creative services and all other departments worldwide for marketing materials -- Requesting assets, providing assets, approvals
  • Help ensure visual consistency of all Blizzard brands
  • Manage project budgets and provide reporting as necessary; manage departmental purchasing process, creating purchase requisitions and requesting any necessary contracts
  • Partner with department leadership to procure and manage external talent including illustration, photography, design, copywriting and other pre-production services
  • Manage and efficiently delegate projects to team support personnel
  • Assess, revise, document and communicate departmental processes to maximize efficiencies


  • 8+ years’ experience in project management/producing at a digital advertising/marketing agency with focus in Mobile
  • Expert knowledge of multi-channel mobile marketing creative development
  • Expert knowledge of digital advertising production
  • Knowledge of content development production
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and teammates, ensuring mutual respect and excellent cooperation
  • Highest-level critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Impeccable organizational and time-management abilities and the ability to inspire this in others
  • Self-starting with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with few to no errors or dropped details
  • Exceptional attention to detail as well as the ability to understand the big picture
