We are looking for Sales Managers in whole African continent (North, east, south, west) to join the Blendhub Team.


Roles

Comprehensive commercial management of clients in the area (s) assigned under the business strategy and the Business Plan.

 

Responsabilities

  • Accurately forecast annual, quaterly, and montly revenue streams.
  • Direct proffesional account management activities.
  • Develop strong and solid business relationships and garantee customer satisfaction.
  • Create a tactical strategy sales plan (Service, Product/Wave/Region/Country/Segmentation)
  • Record customer data and needs
  • Attend calendar trade fairs
  • Sales quotation, offers, negociate (conditions & delivery), close deal
  • Manage customer orders & channel incidents/complaints
  • Request simples

Requirements

  • Technical background with a strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills (MBA preferred.)
  • Pro-actively give advice to ensure customers always have the best solution for their needs. Make sure we reward customer loyalty
  • Understand consumers’ needs while picturing whole agri-food value chain.
  • Multi-stakeholder player
  • Stellar communicator, presenter, negotiator, influencer & problem solver.
  • Proven success in meeting/exceeding monthly/quarterly and annual growth targets.
  • Superb time management skills and ability to multi task under high pressure and time sensitive environment.
  • Advanced sales process knowledge, i.e., territory management, transactions, legal documents, and growth models.
  • User experience level using CRM, ERP, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Must live in the sales territory.
