We are looking for Hub Managers in whole African continent (North, east, south, west) to join the Blendhub Team.

  • Implement and deploy, both commercially and operationally, the business model of the Hub's market.
  • Lead the Commercial area to ensure that sales and marketing activities maximize billing level and net profit, and, on the other hand, ensure proper operational coordination with the rest of the Hub areas: Business Services, Factory Operations, and Technical.


  • Detect new commercial opportunities, track and trend patterns, develop sales proposals, estimates, specifications and presentations that focus on long-term revenue opportunities for new and lost customers.
  • Manage and expand customer data base from large food and ingredient companies to startups.
  • Ensure the development of new innovative recipe proposals for customers.
  • Grow company’s net turnover by generation and delivering profitable sales under the company’s sales strategy.
  • Develop and sustain strong customer relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers.
  • Adhere to the highest industry standard with our disruptive technologies and business model.
  • Build and expand teams under Blendhub’s culture.
  • Drive operational excellence by achieving cost reduction, efficiency, uptime, maximise capacity utilization, etc.
  • Ensure proper planning, supply chain, production, finance, human resources and legal, etc.
  • Maintain cooperative working relationships with all necessary departments and cross functional teams to ensure that sales are properly analysed, processed and quickly activated.
  • Support deployment of new hubs in Europe, coordinating activities, raw material procurement, costing and quotation, validation and logistics.
  • Manage uncertainties, ensure proper planning to achieve goals, report to CCO, provide monthly reports on progress, etc.


Previous experience
  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar role
