  • Delivering security tools and capabilities using industry best practice and standards
  • Executing network security strategy in conjunction with technical leadership
  • Providing technical mentorship to team members and peers
  • Adapting network/infrastructure security controls for cloud-native environments
  • Implementing and operating logging & monitoring controls in a hybrid cloud environment; ensuring their efficiency and effectiveness
  • Designing and maintaining controls to secure data store/transport mechanisms
  • Being responsible for network security architecture optimization to address changes in risks and threats
  • Extending the identity & access management program to include hybrid cloud environments
  • Recommending refinements for technical security controls to enable clear visibility, prompt response to events, and adherence to regulatory compliance requirements
  • Defining solutions for management, exchange and protection of keys and secrets in hybrid cloud
  • Auditing critical systems and recommending control improvements
  • Maintaining and auditing perimeter and infrastructure security
  • 4-6 years of experience as an enterprise level security practitioner with increasing responsibility, preferably for a SaaS company
  • Proven experience delivering security solutions that effectively mitigate risks, provide actionable visibility, and reliably scale to protect expanding infrastructures
  • Executing solutions developed for the enterprise level
  • Adhering to frameworks / standards for enterprise hybrid cloud model
  • Ability to drive execution of projects/strategic tasks from inception to completion, overcoming obstacles and increasing maturity in defined scope
  • Actively driving down risk and driving up resilience in network/perimeter security
  • Ability to design purpose-driven, scalable, and cost-effective solutions (time/compute/overhead/budget)
  • Professional level communication skills, both written and oral, for instructing/reporting to senior leaders
