  • 大卒以上
  • IT業界における営業またはインサイドセールス経験3年以上
  • グローバルチームとのコミュニケーションのための英語力(TOEIC700点以上)
  • コミュニケーション能力


  • 会計ソフトやERPシステムの販売経験
  • SFDCなどの見込み管理また各種Marketing Automationソフトを使っての業務経験



The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for daily lead generation and lead qualification in support of various marketing campaigns and activities. The BDR generates new leads through consultative conversations with inbound inquiries and targeted outbound efforts. The BDR analyzes each prospect’s needs and creates a strong business case to underscore the value & ROI of our software solution. This role supports Enterprise and Mid-Market sales teams in conjunction with Solutions Consultants in building pipeline, developing sales qualified leads and tracking lead hand-offs to close deals.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Qualify and develop marketing generated in-bound leads and respond to product inquiries from various lead sources, including all marketing campaigns, website programs, call-ins, email, conferences and other channels
  • Generate qualified sales opportunities by prospecting into target leads and organizations
  • Work with prospects to thoroughly understand their needs and align their needs with our solution
  • Actively understand our technology, solution and industry trends to effectively communicate the value proposition and ROI of our solution and lead the presales team for training and mentoring
  • Schedule demonstrations between Solution Consultants and potential customers
  • Handle software capability questions in the sales process
  • After qualifying prospects, coordinate appointment with sales representatives for follow up
  • Meet monthly and quarterly qualified lead and revenue objectives
  • Assist with lead generation campaigns and email campaigns as necessary. Complete accurate tracking of communication with potential customers in
  • Provide accurate weekly QSO (qualified sales opportunities) forecasts to the sales organization and executive management
  • Achieve, and exceed, weekly/monthly/quarterly metrics (appointments, qualified leads, new contacts, etc.)
  • Manage prospecting status, data integrity, and weekly forecasting in and Outreach

Required Qualifications

  • Highly motivated and outgoing
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • At least 3 year of sales or related experience
  • High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment and professionalism
  • Self-starter with solid organizational and planning skills and focus on achieving goals
  • Open-minded and willing to learn
  • Proven success working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Competitive and focused on achieving goals

Preferred Qualifications

  • Some accounting knowledge (degree or job experience) preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business preferred
  • CPA eligible or Audit experience preferred
