The Associate Implementation Consultant is responsible for supporting the implementation and trainings for Anthology’s Student Success products, including their architecture, functionality, and deployment methodologies. This includes participation in the business requirements review, configuring software, training end users on the software, and writing functional documentation for delivery to the client. The Associate Implementation Consultant will support the other Consultants and/or the Senior Manager in the definition and design of the clients’ solution.         

 

This position reports directly to a Senior Manager for administrative, coaching, and mentoring activities.       

 

Primary responsibilities will include:      

  • Assisting in the Business Process Analysis and Modeling to ensure clients adopt best practices that streamline operations
  • Coordinating client, partner, and cross-platform internal resources to ensure on-time delivery of implementations
  • Participating in the various scopes of implementations including analyzing the customer’s business requirements to deliver functional and technical requirements
  • Following the use of the prescribed Anthology’s implementation methodology, understanding the key activities and deliverables for the client engagement and internal projects   
  • Assisting in documenting the business requirements to express what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected
  • Assisting implementation team with configuration, functional design documentation, and user acceptance testing and training with the customer    
  • Through communities of practice, working with other implementation team members to improve processes/methodologies to ensure maximum client satisfaction and project profitability
  • Assisting in post go live service calls and continued training of customers that are live, as needed       

 

The Candidate:   

Required skills/qualifications:    

  • 0-2 years of professional experience 
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies to explain all Anthology products and services    
  • Software troubleshooting skills     
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills    
  • Proven effective listening skills     
  • Demonstrated ability to work in team and matrixed environment    
  • Ability to work additional hours at customer sites as requested    
  • Ability to participate in after-hours meetings with management as needed    
  • Fluency in written and spoken English   

 

Preferred skills/qualifications:      

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field     
  • Higher Education or Public Sector experience     
  • 1 or more years working with project teams in software installation, configuration, customization, or implementation with Enterprise Accounting software package (D365/AX, SL, GP, etc.)           

Pay rate is $17/hour. We use national and industry-specific survey data to assist in determining compensation. Additionally, we consider factors such as external market rate, budget for the role, and the compensation rates of current employees performing the same function. Some roles will have variable pay.
