Primary responsibilities will include: 

  • Using the broader set of tools in the AWS tool suite (CDK, CloudFront, CloudWatch, CodeCommit, CodeBuild, CodePipeline, Lambda, API Gateway, SNS, SQS, S3, KMS, Batch, DynamoDB, DMS) 
  • Using SQL – Snowflake 
  • Using Python, Typescript/JavaScript 
  • Writing code that will be automatically translated to multiple modern languages 
  • Working on modern education and e-learning solutions 
  • Working in kind community of warm and welcoming people who want to help one another improve   

 

The Candidate: 

Required skills/qualifications: 

  • 0-3 years of relevant experience 
  • Knowledge of the OOP 
  • Well-rounded professional programming knowledge 
  • Knowledge of professional engineering best practices for the full SDLC, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations    
  • Fluency in written and spoken English

   

Preferred skills/qualifications: 

  • Experience with designing, developing and operating scalable near real time data pipelines and stream processing 
  • Experience with designing and implementing ETL processes 
  • Experience working with a cloud platform (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud/Oracle Cloud)
