As a Graphic Designer on the Brand Strategy team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a wide spectrum of branded materials, with a strong focus on web design and digital assets for the global Anthology Marketing and Communications team. As a key member of Creative Services, the Graphic Designer will support a diverse set of internal stakeholders including web, communications, field marketing, product marketing, and events. You will play a critical role in maintaining brand standards and stewarding the Anthology visual identity.

 

Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Producing on-brand designs for websites, landing pages, events, and other online properties
  • Creating and maintaining design templates for collateral, brochures, tradeshow graphics, and more
  • Recommending courses of action for improving existing assets, developing new concepts, and weaving innovative ideas into Anthology-branded designs
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders and copywriters on design development 
  • Developing assets and providing all relevant files and materials for project completion 
  • Effectively communicating with internal team members on project phases, goals, and completion dates
  • Upholding and elevating Anthology's brand design guidelines

 

The Candidate:

Required skills/qualifications: 

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience and a strong portfolio
  • Proficient in typography, color, composition, and general graphic design best practices
  • Experience using state-of-the-art graphic design software and can learn quickly and adapt as technology becomes more sophisticated
  • Solid understanding of UI design, as well as digital and print design
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage a fluctuating list of day-to-day project execution and deliverables
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects in fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Fluency in written and spoken English

 

Preferred skills/qualifications:

  • Figma, PowerPoint, and Asana experience
