Reporting to the Senior Manager of AR, your primary responsibilities include the successful management and reconciliation of your assigned portfolio of client accounts to maintain or lower Anthology’s AR balance and increase available cash. In addition to aiding in the collection on overdue accounts, you will be tasked with effectively resolving client issues and working collaboratively with colleagues in other Anthology departments.

 

 

Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing daily and weekly reports from Peoplesoft
  • Researching and reconciling assigned accounts for clients located in the US and/or international
  • Following-up with clients to facilitate payments per contract terms and conditions
  • Maintaining complete records on all accounts including detailed documentation on collection efforts and issue resolution
  • Properly documenting client account activity to facilitate the reserving or write-off process as necessary

 

 

The Candidate:

Required skills/qualifications:

  • Prior work experience in accounts receivable or collections or prior related education
  • Client focused
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize to accomplish specific tasks
  • Highly motivated, can-do attitude
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively partner with clients and fellow colleagues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Fluency in written and spoken English at CEF B2 level or above 

 

 

Preferred skills/qualifications:

  • Knowledge of accounts receivable processes and techniques and capability to recommend solutions to clients to resolve payment or invoicing issues
  • Prior PeopleSoft Financials and Salesforce experience
