Mission |
This position is responsible for ensuring an outstanding experience for all groups, existing sales contacts, and new sales contacts. Maintain relationships with existing contacts and partners to encourage repeat business. For non-public/standard and private event/charter sales, provide sales support to groups in all markets corporate, convention, tour, travel, social, military, education, religious, fraternal, and weddings). |

Ability to demonstrate strong organizational and administrative skills. Proven ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing. Proven broad-based people skills and experience with directing group dynamics. Advanced public speaking and interpersonal skills. Knowledgeable of best business practices in guest experience, tourism, and hospitality. Proven customer service skills. Ability to learn standard office software including ticketing and reservation system. |

Degree: | Associates degree or equivalent experience required. BS preferred. | Years: | Three (3) years industry experience required. |
