bisco industries is seeking a qualified candidate to be a part of our local Duluth, GA sales management team. The individual we are looking for will be motivated and challenged by the exciting career path this position offers. Skill Set/Knowledge We Are Looking For
- Drive a consistent sales performance that includes your pipeline, forecast, margin review for example.
- Managing Price Structure will be key as you provide pricing guidance, expense discipline while delivering revenue growth and gross margin expansion.
- Penetrate key accounts: build executive relationships within accounts as well as with our suppliers to better execute account plans.
- Improve and develop your facility’s performance through training, KPIs and accountability.
- Ensure excellence when it comes to policy adherence in your office
- Partner across internal departments (Materials, Quality, Finance) to better secure and support your team’s revenue stream
Requires
- Experience in B2B distribution sales; Ideally in the industrial/electronics/electrical/fasteners or similar
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly Motivated individual with a strong commitment to achieve company goals
- College degree or further education/training a plus but not required
