Associate Territory Manager (Floater)

Biote Medical is the world leader in hormone optimization and we are adding to our team! We partner with providers to take a complete approach to healthier aging through patient-specific bioidentical hormone replacement therapy and the only nutraceutical line created specifically to support hormone health.
We are looking to hire several Associate Territory Managers to work in various territories for 3-6 months at a time. We will provide lodging at an extended stay hotel and will provide a rental car, but the candidate will be responsible for personal food purchases. There is an expectation that after 3-6 months the Associate Territory Manager could be asked to relocate to another region to fill in for a period of time. The goal is that after one (1) year, they will be promoted into a District Manager position at a specific territory (no more "floating").
Position Summary:
The Associate Territory Manager is primarily responsible for providing continued sales support (both remotely and in-person) for established accounts within an assigned territory on an as needed basis. The Associate Territory Manager will utilize a customer-first approach while focusing on managing relationships and providing support with existing clinics. This position will also be responsible for growing sales revenues of an existing territory through cross-selling of Biote products and services or recruiting new practitioners to Biote.
Essential Functions:
· Responsible for meeting (or exceeding) applicable sales and growth targets.
· Recruit new physicians and other practitioners by prospecting (e.g. cold calling, email outreach, referrals, etc.), conducting virtual and in-person presentations, and closing sales .
· Deliver and facilitate presentations to new and established providers to further promote Biote services and products.
· Provide sales support to existing Biote providers within assigned markets/territories.
· Build relationships with provider offices in multiple markets within defined territories.
· Acquire and retain knowledge of hormone replacement therapy, Biote products and processes, and sales approaches through company provided materials, trainings, and real-world experiences.
· Maintain existing Biote accounts by completing business reviews, facilitating staff trainings, conducting basic education programs, and cross-selling, etc.
· Maintain accurate records of contacts, activities, opportunities, and forecasts within the company’s CRM system.
· Collaborate with the assigned Region Manager, Clinical Education, Marketing, and Operations teams to coordinate trainings, patient education seminars, and local events.
· Respond to inquires received from customers, Biote employees, and related vendors in a timely manner.
· Perform other related duties, as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree is required with a concentration in the fields of Marketing, Business, Health Sciences, or Communication is preferred.
· Previous sales experience or participation in a secondary education sales program or sales competition is preferred.
· Must possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
· Ability to make effective and persuasive communications and presentations to physicians, office management, and office staff.
· Ability to understand and communicate the attributes and qualities of Biote products.
· Ability to travel to conduct in-person visits and willingness to temporarily be assigned locations within a defined area.
· Ability to adhere to company policies and industry regulations especially in relation to compliance.
