Senior Manager, Pricing, Access, Value and Evidence - Germany

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION

The person is responsible to coordinate all delegated market access related projects and execute activities to support Value and Access in Germany. There will be extensive collaboration with other Value and Access members, and the commercial and medical colleagues in the area.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the development and execution of regional and local Value and Access strategies, integrating all sources of information
  • Leverage and further develop the body of evidence to strengthen submissions and specific objection handling from payers
  • Support the development of pricing strategies and pricing submissions
  • Support the development of specific argumentation and negotiation strategies, tailoring them to payers
  • Adapt global value dossiers for current and upcoming therapies and client specific submissions
  • Develop or support the development of scenario analysis to drive strategic decisions
  • Develop benchmarking on specific situations to inform decision making
  • Supporting pricing planning for the country, liaising with global pricing center of excellence team to capture international references
  • Support the development of business planning exercises, such as budget and long range plan
  • Coordinate vendors on specific market access research projects such as advisory boards and the development of early development dossiers

EDUCATION

  • Qualifying university degree education in BA or sciences
  • Native German and  and fluent English
  • Degrees in market access, health economics or health policy  preferred
  • University degree in medicine, biology, chemistry or pharmacy

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the in pharmaceutical industry or agency.
  • Minimum of 3 years Market Access experience is required
