Job responsibilities

    • Administration of SharePoint Collaboration Sites, SharePoint Content Center, COE BioWeb Page, Project Web Application, and Power BI Reports

        • Maintenance of all systems

        • Content standardization

        • Development of processes and guidelines for use of systems

    • Coordination of the Governance (PPG) Meetings for project portfolio management

        • Calendaring of governance meetings and managing invites

        • Administering the governance collaboration Site, collection and organization of presentation materials for the governance meetings

        • Keeping governance member and distribution lists up to date

        • Weekly review of changes to project budgets from baseline and tracking of the deltas

    • Technology Strategy and Investment planning service Support

        • Management of tools and templates

        • Calendaring of planning sessions and roadshows

        • Administration of collaboration site

    • Market & Industry adoption analysis

        • Management of tools and templates

        • Assisting with market intelligence gathering

        • Calendaring of planning sessions and roadshows

        • Administration of collaboration site

    • Lesson Learned

        • Coordination of Lessons Learned workshops

        • Maintenance of the Lesson Learned database

        • Administration of collaboration site

        • Management of tools and templates

        • Collection and analysis of metrics

    • Assist with compiling reports, presentations and communications for internal stakeholders

    • Manage agendas, minutes, logistics and preparation for meetings with stakeholders



    • 4-5 years of experience with project coordination

    • Experience with budgeting and financial processes (planning, forecasting, tracking of actuals and accruals), Capital project codes, invoicing and requisition management, Capital vs Expense tracking

    • Hands on experience with Microsoft SharePoint (Collaboration Sites), Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Project (Project Web Application), Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Flow, Microsoft Power Apps

    • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast paced ambiguous environment

    • Ability to manage collaboration sites and dashboards, while ensuring effective and timely collaboration and communications with key partners

    • Exceptional collaboration skills to effectively operate in a matrixed organization



    • Hands on experience with purchasing and invoicing systems such as Ariba

    • PMI preferred, familiarity with agile is a plus


  • Undergraduate degree, BA/BS in life sciences, engineering, or related degree
