- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data strategists, analysts, experience experts, and technical specialists, as well as partners' SMEs and solution architects.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure solutions remain cutting-edge and relevant to business needs.
- Over 5 years in strategic consulting focused on data strategy and AI transformation.
- Delivered data-driven projects with measurable business outcomes.
- Expertise in leveraging various data domains (Customer, Patient, Commercial, GXP) for innovation and adoption.
- Experienced in data-driven marketing, campaign development, measurement, and optimization.
- Knowledgeable about Data Foundations ecosystem: Customer Data Platforms, cloud-based platforms (e.g., Databricks, Datasphere, Fabric), and journey orchestration tools.
- Skilled in translating business challenges into data and AI strategies and solutions.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities; capable of influencing technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in cross-functional and intercultural teams with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Familiar with machine learning, statistics, empirical economics, Adobe/Google Analytics, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI).
- Understanding of data domain models and business capabilities mapping for data strategies.
- Knowledge of experimentation and data maturity frameworks.
- Quantitative background in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Economics, or related disciplines.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 6 years in Data Management including Data Strategy, Big Data, Data Quality, Data Modeling, Data Governance, Data Integration/ETL, Metadata Management, and Data Security.
