Associate Director, Marketing and Program Strategies (BU Enzyme Therapies)

The Marketing team in the Business Unit for Enzyme Therapies is responsible for the development of brand strategies and operational activities for the Business Unit focused on Enzyme Therapies. The team partners with cross-functional and global teams to ensure that the strategic direction and activities drive brand performance and at the same time are patient-centric. Market, HCP, and patient insights are used to drive global brand development, lifecycle management and business performance.
 
The Business Unit is looking to hire an associate director marketing and program strategies.
 
Responsibilities
  • Amalgamation of Enzymes BU diagnostic insights, gather insights on FIND, START, KEEP global programs, deliver recommendations for future 
  • Map programs and lead ROI analytics, collaborating with FP&A 
  • Generate global efficiencies for diagnostic programmes via vendor management and negotiations 
  • Working cross-functionally, explore innovative diagnostic techniques including novel gene panels, AI, & machine learning 
  • Collaborate with Business Excellence CoE, FP&A, and International to optimize analytics & ROI dashboards for global Enzymes BU needs 
  • Lead the patient support services strategy for the Enzymes BU and work alongside BU Brand teams to deliver industry leading programmes 
  • Design tailored solutions to meet the needs of the different patient groups including utilising the latest digital technologies 
  • Trouble shoot issues & ensure rapid resolution 
  • Interrogate/consume data sets and translate to meaningful insights to story tell, draw action, and inform decision making  
  • Build strong partnership with cross-functional departments to roll-out innovative and ‘best-in-class support programmes 
 
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Ability to understand and interpret complex data
  • Ability and willingness to learn
Required/Preferred Education and Licenses 
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Marketing education an advantage
