- Enterprise Asset Management
- Leads and manages the work in the PTP work stream.
- Leads the development of business process design ensuring alignment with the original system design for first phase go live.
- Collaborate with business partners to influence processes, tools, and operating models within the PTP area.
- Develop and execute strategy, goals, and objectives for the PTP business process and technology implementation and maintenance.
- Lead and manage business requirements gathering, business process flows definitions, and system solution delivery for SAP PTP Workstreams.
- Work closely with Finance, TOP’s (technical operations), Commercial, Supply Chain, and IT to align with the standardized global PTP business processes.
- Act as a liaison between the SAP implementation team, master data team, and the business teams, providing mediation if required.
- Support preparation for Project Ignite Steering Committee Meetings and ensure the efficiency of ERP decision-making process.
- Support Technology Deployment Planning and Rollout for PTP processes.
- Provide PTP input to develop a sustainable test plan and monitor testing.
- Function as a change leader to maximize employee adoption of key initiatives and operating model change.
- Support identification of key trainers and develop a comprehensive training and development plan for PTP.

- Other desirable attributes include work experience in a similar transformational effort such as an ERP S4/HANA program or similar enterprise/local deployment in the bio-pharma context and experience implementing or working in a global business services environment.
