Manager, Operations Western Europe and Canada 
(flexible location in Europe)
 
The Manager, Operations will be a key player in supporting the Head of Commercial Western Europe & Canada by ensuring smooth and efficient operations in the sub-region. 
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Business Cycle:
    • Revenues LRP, AOP, Forecast preparation and Monthly Monitoring
    • OpEx AOP, Forecast preparation and Monthly Monitoring
    • Project Atlas monthly monitoring
  • Market Demand Monthly check-in
  • Business Planning
  • Governance:
  • Organization of ad hoc Business Critical Meetings
  • Planning, organization and coordination of Area Meetings
 
In addition, the Manager, Operations will support the Country Managers as appropriate, to ensure that all the administrative tasks are carried out in accordance with the currently valid internal and external principles, SOPs and policies in line with the corporate values.
 
Professional and Personal Skills: 
  • Completed education in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in Operations Management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Confident in handling MS Office applications
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
 
Advantageous skills:
  • Experience with pharmaceutical codes and contracting
  • Ability to work in a team
  • High learning ability and flexibility
