Description
Position Summary & Responsibilities:
- Perform all work in strict compliance within the guidelines of the bioMérieux Quality System, US
- Regulatory, Human Resources policies, and Corporate Compliance requirements for this commercial job function.
- Facilitates direct communications to major stakeholders.
- Ensures all pre-sales, install, and post-install activities are appropriately planned and executed.
- Integrate into client environment to effectively lead project teams while building positive professional
- relationships with clients and associates.
- Gather, formulate, and escalate feedback from customers gained from distribution customers.
- Lead risk management within projects, ensuring risks have appropriate mitigation and contingency plans.
- Facilitate and lead effective project meetings, manage change and conflict, and develop resource planning
- estimates to manage project workload and productivity.
- Maintain authority and control of projects while ensuring accountability of all stakeholders.
- Manage projects within established scope, schedule, and budget while meeting and exceeding project
- management standards.
- Plan, schedule, and control project activities to fulfill objectives and satisfy project requirements.
Education, Skills, & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years’ experience project management required; in healthcare, laboratory, or IT setting preferred.
- Degree in a life sciences, project management, or business-related field.
- Experience leading equipment implementation projects or relative project experience is required; diagnostic instrument implementation preferred.
- Experience in clinical laboratory or equivalent preferred. bioMérieux product experience preferred.
- Experience with related technical field applications support strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership experience preferred, including ability to lead/manage projects and tasks assigned by management.
