Position Summary

The Contract Coordinator is responsible for supporting the field sales teams by assisting in the preparation of quotes and quote related documents, including price verification and correct alignment to national, corporate, and/or government negotiated agreements.

Primary Duties

  • Support field sales teams with any quote related information including collection and insertion of data for Taxes, Freight, Previous Agreement Carry-Over, Trade-In Values
  • Verify and Update quote document terms and footnotes as needed
  • Confirm GPO/IDN/Government membership alignment for correct price offerings
  • Monitor CPQ queue for all new documents awaiting processing
  • Maintain a high level of efficiency and accuracy minimizing turn-around-time (TAT) for quotations
  • Perform all work in compliance with company policy and within the guidelines of bioMerieux’s Quality System
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education and Training

  • High School diploma required
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Marketing, related field preferred. 

Experience

  • 1+ years of experience in sales administration, customer service, sales support required.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

  • Ability to remain in stationary position, often standing, for prolonged periods. 
  • Ability to ascend/descend stairs, ladders, ramps, and the like. 
  • Ability to adjust or move objects up to 50 pounds in all directions. 
  • Domestic travel required: 5% of time
  • International travel required: 0% of time

 

The estimated wage range for this role is between $21.60 and $30.50/hour. This role is eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and individual performance per bioMerieux’s bonus program. This range may differ from ranges offered for similar positions elsewhere in the country given differences in cost of living. Actual compensation within this range is determined based on the successful candidate’s experience and will be presented in writing at the time of the offer.
