Senior Recruiter – Campus & Veteran Programs
Description
We are seeking a highly execution-focused Senior Recruiter – Campus & Veteran Programs to help transform our recruiting strategy with a stronger emphasis on early talent. This role will sit within the Talent Acquisition (TA) team, under the NORAM Talent Management organization, and will play a critical role in building and operationalizing our early careers ecosystem.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role for someone who thrives in building structure, executing programs end-to-end, and partnering with stakeholders to shape a modern, scalable campus and veteran recruiting strategy. While this role is hands-on and delivery-oriented, it will also collaborate closely with business leaders and HRBPs to evolve and mature our approach over time.
Primary Duties:
Campus & Early Careers Execution
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for internship, co-op, and entry-level hiring across NORAM.
- Execute on-campus and virtual recruiting initiatives including career fairs, info sessions, and targeted outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, career centers, and student organizations.
- Develop diverse and sustainable early talent pipelines aligned to workforce needs
- Ensure an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the process.
Early Careers Program Management
- Own the operational design and delivery of internship and early career programs from planning through conversion.
- Build structure, timelines, communication plans, and stakeholder alignment across TA, HRBPs, hiring managers, and L&D.
- Create scalable processes, documentation, and playbooks to drive consistency and repeatability.
- Track key metrics (offer rates, conversion rates, diversity metrics, time-to-fill, program ROI) and continuously refine approach.
SkillBridge Program Development
- Develop, launch, and manage our Department of Defense SkillBridge program in partnership with HRBPs and business leaders.
- Build relationships with military transition offices and external partners to source veteran talent.
- Ensure compliance and structure while creating meaningful skill-building experiences.
- Support successful transition and conversion pathways for participants.
Employer Branding & Early Talent Growth
- Partner with TA and Communications to support employer branding initiatives focused on early career audiences.
- Represent the organization externally to elevate our brand presence.
- Contribute to storytelling and content that highlights growth, learning, and career pathways.
- Help position early careers as a long-term talent development engine within the organization.
Perform all work in compliance with company quality procedures and standards.
Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree required
- 5+ years experience in full-time campus recruiting
Preferred Education, Training and Experience
- Experience in early career recruiting is preferred
- Demonstrated experience executing and managing internship or early career programs end-to-end.
- Strong program management and operational discipline.
- Experience collaborating with HRBPs and business stakeholders to shape hiring plans.
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and reporting recruiting metrics.
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience supporting SkillBridge or veteran recruiting initiatives is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA’s)
- Consistently upholds and reflects the core ethical principles and values that bioMérieux promotes.
- Skilled in MS Office tools to include but not limited to Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
Domestic Travel required: 15% of time (total).
